Steps

Make a paste of spinach, methi, coriander leaves and green chilli.

Take 2-3 tbsp olive oil in a pan.

Add whole jeera to the hot oil and fry for few seconds.

Add sliced onion and fry till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell gone.

Make a thick paste of turmeric powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Add the paste and fry till oil separates.

Add the chicken pieces and fry till golden brown.

Add the green paste. Add salt as per taste.

Cover and cook till the chicken is done and the gravy dried up.

Close the flame. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
