Ingredients

  • 3 lbtop round roast
  • 1 1/2 tspolive oil
  • 1 tspkosher salt
  • 1/2 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 425°F rub roast with olive oil and put salt and pepper all over roast

  2. 2

    Cook for 35 minutes take out oven tent with foil and let rest 10 minutes. Cut and serve
