Ingredients

  1. 1 lbextra lean ground beef
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped green peppers
  4. 24 ozof your favorite spaghetti sauce
  5. 10 ozphilly italian herb cream cheese ( divided)
  6. 1 cupmozzarella cheese divided
  7. 3 cupcooked peinne pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Brown beef & veggies in a large skillet.

  3. 3

    Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 Philly cream cheese, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  4. 4

    Add pasta and spoon into 2 qt casserole dish, top with remaining cooking cream and mozzarella.

  5. 5

    Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
