Sabse pahale overnight shok kiye hua kale chane ko cooker mein paani or salt ke saath boil karein 1vishal full gas par aane ke baad 20-25 minute sim gas par pakaye.

Ab gas par ek pan mein sabse pahale hing or jeera ko dry rost karein..

Ab usme chopped onion daale or 1pinch salt daale or onion ko bhune ab usme green chilli chopped,ginger paste or tomatoes add kar saute karein.

Ab usme sabhi masala add karein or saute karein or masala ko cooker mein daal kar 2-3 vishal lagale.

Ab kale chane taiyar hai chane ki sabji ko garam masala or chopped green coriander se garnish karein or roti ya rice ke saath serve karein.
