Mix together all dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips

Add in the wet ingredients: water and oil

Mix together until it looks well combined

Microwave on high for about 30-35 seconds

Tip: you can't over mix, and chocolate chips don't have to be just a tablespoon!
