  • 1/3 cupbbq sauce
  • 2 tbsporange juice
  • 2 tbspspicey brown mustard
  • 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 1 headgreen-leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cupshredded rotisserie chicken meat
  • 2nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 1 smallred pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cupcoaresly grated extra sharp cheddar cheese

    in lg. bowl, whisk together bbq sauce, Orange juice, mustard, vinegar, and 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    To same bowl, add lettuce, chicken, nectarines, and red pepper, tossing to coat. Divide among 4 serving plates. sprinkle with cheddar
