preheat oven to 450°F, arrange pizza crystal on cookie sheet

In a small bowl stir together garlic and 1 Tbsp. oil; brush mixture on crystal. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake crusts 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, in lg. bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, and remaining 3 tbsp. oil. and greens, tomatoes, yellow peppers, and pepperoni. Toss until well-coated. Cut each pizza crust into 6 wedges. Divide salad among 4 serving plates. Top with mozzarella and serve with pizza-crust wedges.
