Expect onion, tomato, capsicum roughly chopped all vegetables and boil it.

Take a kadai.add half butter and onion saute for 2 minutes.add capsicum mix well.add tomates saute until tomatoes turn soft.add salt and spices.cook until the butter seprates from the masala.

Add boiled veggies and mash with a masher.as needed add water.Mix it well. Add more butter. close the lid cook for 5-6minutes. Add lemon juice.bhaji is ready

Toast a pav with butter.
