Ingredients

  • 1Baguette French bread, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 can(28oz) Redpack petite diced tomatoes (w/ garlic & olive oil) drained.
  • 3/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbspFresh chopped Basil
  • 1Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  1. 1

    Brush bread slices with olive oil and broil on each slde until toasted. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients.

  2. 2

    Spoon tomatoe mixture onto the toasted bread and place under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes to melt cheese.

  3. 3

    Serve warm.
