A very fast and easy Pizza, perfect for beginners!

Ok, for those that liked my Chewy Granola submission, this one is even easier and tastes just as great! I've added oatmeal in a few batches and also Cinnamon Toast Crunch in another, both were so good! It's hard to keep them around when my daughter and granddaughter visits.

My bananas were about to go bad and I had a sweet tooth last night but watching what I eat so I whipped this up and it turned out so good!

I was given sweet potatoes and sugar and made these. They were so tasty!You don't need to put the mixture through a sieve. You'll have a fluffy texture instead. Use coffee creamer or milk, but I like heavy cream the best. Cream gives the richest taste... If you like a lighter taste, use milk. Super easy! My stove broke once and I wanted scrambled eggs, so I just tried the microwave and it was a hit for me! Now I even prefer making the scrambled eggs on the microwave.

So I was being a bit adventurous, this idea popped into my head, I had all the ingredients so I tried it. It is soo delicious.

My husband always likes something sweet and chocolate involved, as a given. This was a quick throw together with a cake mix but dummy me found out 10 minutes after the fact that I forgot to add the eggs. I had figured out some time ago that that adding about a cup of sour cream to any cake did amazing things to the texture. This whoopsy moment turned out sooo good. No eggs in this.

I was able to get some yummy looking sweet potatoes.Because you cut the sweet potatoes into 1 cm squares and heat them in the microwave, they should be very easy to drain! About 1/3 of the way through straining the potatoes, your sieve or strainer will get blocked up. When this happens, just give the sieve a rinse and the potato should pass through easily again. You can mash the potatoes instead, but if you strain them they'll be much smoother in texture, and have a light, fluffy delicious texture. Recipe by Kyokotan

I buy Popsecret homestyle popcorn for when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to make it. But give it a go and try it homemade! (My cat, Quora loved it)
