Clean the squid and separate the tentacles.Steam the body part of the squid for 2 min. Cut the tentacles into small pieces and saute in small quantity of olive oil for few min.

In a bowl add breadcrumb, tentacles, chopped garlic,onion,coriander leaves, green chilli, pepper, salt and butter. mix well.

Fill the 3/4 th of the squid body with breadcrumb mixture and lock the open end of the squid tube with toothpicks.

For preparing the sauce,heat the olive oil in a pan and add chopped garlic,tomato puree,red chilly powder and salt. Allowed to boil and finally add chopped coriander leaves and remove from heat.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and put the stuffed squid in a low flame and fry both sides till it start to turn light brown. Then coat the stuffed squid with the sauce and serve.
