Ingredients

  1. 8 ozuncooked fettuccine
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped celery
  4. 4 cloveminced garlic
  5. 1 tspcanola oil
  6. 2 cupfat free milk
  7. 1 tspsalt free seasoning blend
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 2 tbspcornstarch
  10. 1/2 cupfat free half and half
  11. 1/3 cupparmesan cheese
  12. 3 cupcooked turkey breast
  13. 3/4 cupshredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    cook fettuccine

  2. 2

    in large skillet coated with cooking spray, saute onion, celery, and garlic in oil four three minutes.

  3. 3

    suite in milk, seasoning blend and salt, bring to a boil

  4. 4

    combine corn starch and half and half until smooth; stir into skillet. cook and stir for two minutes until thick and bubbly. stir in parmesan until melted

  5. 5

    stir in turkey, drain fettuccine; add turkey to mixture. heat through. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. broil 4-6 in from the heat or until cheese is melted
