1 1/2 lbSweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch pieces
3 tbspCider vinegar
2 tbspSweet pickle relish
2 tspDiJon style mustard
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1/2 cupCrisco oil
2Green onions
1/4 cupRed bell pepper
