16 ozsour cream
1 cupsugar
1 cupconfectioners sugar
8 ozcream cheese
1 packagescool whip
1 packagesfrozen coconut
4 packagesfrozen coconut

Steps

Mix all ingredients except 4 pkgs of frozen coconut for the icing.

Bake 2 yellow cake layers and split them in two.

Ice each layer and pack on some of the 4 pkgs of frozen coconut.

Stack layers then ice the sides and pack on rest of frozen coconut.
