This is just like the Normal potato bhajias but uses cottage cheese, "Paneer" which is available in any leading supermarket in the freezer cheese section.

This is just like the Normal potato bhajias but uses cottage cheese, "Paneer" which is available in any leading supermarket in the freezer cheese section.
Steps

1.Cut panner into thin pieces and keep aside.

2.Take a bowl add gram flour then add salt,ajwain, methi leaves, red chilli powder,Green coriander leaves and Cornflour and mix it well.

3.Now add water to make a bhajia like batter.

4.Heat oil in a wok pan and dip one by one pieces in prepared batter.

5.And add to oil and fry on medium to high flame.

6.Fry all like that take out on a absorbing paper.

7.Serve with your favourite chutney and enjoy.😍
