Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix with fork: sugar and egg first then peanut butter.

Add vanilla.

Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.

Roll into little balls, then press fork down on cookies to make them cookie throughly & give them a little pattern.

Sprinkle the red & green sprinkles over cookies and cook.

It may take from 15-20 or less make sure you check on cookies!!

After they are done, melt the butter..Then get a tablespoon & scoop the butter up and slightly poor butter on each cookie to keep moist & fresh for more than 2-3 days.
