  2. 1/2 cupLight brown sugar
  3. 3/4 cupPeanut butter
  4. 1/4 cupShortening
  5. 1 cupButter
  6. 1Egg
  7. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  8. 3/4 tspBaking soda
  9. 1 tspBaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix first 6 ingredients

  2. 2

    Add rest (dry ingredients)

  3. 3

    Chill for 1/2 hour

  4. 4

    Roll into balls with sugar

  5. 5

    Flatten slightly with fork

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 9 mins
