Break the chocolate into a bowl with the butter melt in microwave for 2 mins.

Crack the eggs into another bowl and whisk with sugar.

Beat in the chocolate and butter mixture gold in the flour.

Grease the moulds with butter and dust with flour.

Preheat the oven 180°c bake for 15 mins.

Remove the lava cake from the oven leave for 2 mins turn out into a serving plate.
- 7
Top with a little drizzle BlackBerry syrup and white chocolate sauce serve lava cupcake.
