Ingredients

  • 2 cupUnsalted cashews
  • 1/4 cupLemon juice
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • 4 tbspSavoury yeast flakes
  • 1 tspMustard
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 cupHerbs if required

Steps

  1. 1

    Cover cashews with water and soak over night

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well

  3. 3

    Slowly add soaked cashews

  4. 4

    Pour into an airtight container and keep in the fridge

  5. 5

    If adding herbs blend these with a portion of the cashew mix
