In a fry pan add a little oil. And heat to medium high temp. Take the longaneza out of the plastic packaging that it come in, and remove the casing.

After you have it all out of the casings and the oil is heated, take pieces of the longaneza in your hand and tear it/crumble it into the pan, the smaller you get the pieces the better it cooks..

Cook it about 10 minutes stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick. About 5 minutes in add the jalepenos, onion, and tomato Lower the temp to medium when most of the longaneza is turned a crispy brownish color. Add the rest of the ingredients let simmer about 20 minutes on low covered and enjoy...
