Heat large saute pan over medium high heat

In pan add olive oil and potatoes in even layer. Cook until start to turn brown, about 2 min. Mix and move around a bit.

Add onion and hot dogs to potatoes and gently mix to combine.

Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking over medium high heat until carmelized, about 3 min.

While hash is finishing up, add the butter to 2nd pan. Add all 4 eggs. Cook until whites are set and yoke is still runny, about 2 min. Baste eggs with butter as they cook.

Season with salt and pepper and turn heat off.

Spoon some hot dog hash onto plate and top with egg.

Serve with hot sauce.
