Actually this recipe made because I just want try something new and different also healthy ofcourse.

Rinse the rice. Boil the water and put the secang leather about 5 to 10 minutes. ( secang is kind of the wood leather from indonesia it can make the water colour change into deep red if you boil)

Mix the coconut milk with salt on a bowl. Prepare rice cooker and put all the ingredient in rice cooker bowl.

Mix again all the ingredient in rice cooker bowl before turn on the electricity.

Wait until done. Just wait for a while before open and take from the rice cooker.

Ready to serve together with fried chicken, omelette, corn fritters, sauce made with shrimp paste, cucumbers and indonesian traditional fried chips.
