  • 1 lbfresh spinach
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1onion
  • 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cupshredded carrots
  • 1 cupdiced potatoes

    preheat the oven 375

  2. 2

    saute onions add spinach, butter and carrots cook at low temperature for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    in a mixing bowl mix milk, flour, salt, cheese add the spinach mix and potatoes

  4. 4

    bake for 40 minutes
