Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat wet ingredients and then add to dry, stirring just until moistened.

Cook on pre-heated waffle iron until waffles are done the way you like. I like mine not too Brown but golden colored.

I make these a few times a week. that's how awesome they are and addicting.

Also this batter can be stored in the fridge until needed if you wanna prep the day or night before.
