Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 3 tsplimejuice
  • 1 1/2 tspcajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1/4 tspcayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients into plastic bag/container and mix.

  2. 2

    Poor over steak, let marinate from 30 minutes-2 hours.

  3. 3

    Cook steak for 5-7 minutes each side.
