Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 eachPork Chops
  • 1 cupRice -- not instant
  • 2 canCream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cupBeef Broth
  • 1 cupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F, and grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.

  2. 2

    Spread rice evenly over bottom of pan.

  3. 3

    Combine soup, milk, and beef broth in a mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Arrange pork chops over the rice.

  5. 5

    Pour soup mixture over pork chops.

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
