Take melted ghee rub with ice until it's white and foamy, add maida mix evenly (no lumps) put a beat of cold milk, add chilled water to make of medium constuency.

Take a wok put ghee put the mixture by a big spoon, ghee should be very hot, keep putting the mixture until it takes the shape of ghewer, flip and fry from both the sides.

Take a pan put sugar and water to make syrup of 2 threads.

Put sugar syrup on the ghewer and garnish with almonds.
