Ingredients

2 cupAll purpose flour /maida
1 cup curd
1 tsp baking powder
2 dropsorange food colour,
for frying oil
For sugar syrup
2 cupsugar
1 cupwater

Steps

1

Take maida add baking powder, curd, orange colour and make a mixture, keep it to rest for 6 hours.

Take a pan put sugar and water to make syrup, make a 1 string syrup.

Take a wok put oil heat nicely, put the mixture by the help of jalebi bottle, flip, fry from both sides, put in the syrup,keep it to rest for 10 min.
