Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan with butter flavor Crisco.

Combine cake mix, the two eggs, melted butter flavored Crisco and milk in mixer. Mix until just moistened then spread evenly in pan.

Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the eggs and sugar and vanilla until smooth spread evenly over the cake mix.

Bake for 35 minutes then cool completely then cut into squares
