  • 100 gramSugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonRock salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  • 2 cupWater

    Method soak tamarind and sugar for 1 hour and strain

    Now add salt and lemon juice mix well. Now pour mixture into mold and put bamboo stick and keep into deep freezers for 2 hour
