Ingredients

1 cuprice
2 1/2 cupswater
1 pinchsalt
1 tbsoil
1red bell pepper, 1green bell pepper and 1 yellow bell pepper
Chopped carrots
1red onion

Steps

Bring water to boil

Add the cooking oil and a pinch of salt to the boiling water

Wash your rice and add it to the boiling water
4

Cut your bell peppers into small pieces, cut the onion and carrot into small pieces

Add to the rice and cover to allow it to cook

When all the water has finished remove from the source of heat and allow it to cook.

Serve with your favorite stew
