1banana
70 gpeanut butter
1 tablespooncocoa
1 scoopwhey protein
100 gfine oats
nuts (optional)
dried cranberry (optional)

Steps

20 minutes

Mash the banana using a fork. Add to it the peanut butter, cocoa and whey and mix well
2

Add the oats, dried nuts and cranberry and mix well again
3

Put the mix in the freezer for 20 minutes, then remove it and shape it to your liking
4

Store in the refrigerator
