Ingredients

  1. 1cooking spoon Crayfish
  2. 1/2tuber medium sized yam
  3. Handfulvegetable(Ugu)
  4. 1Onion
  5. Salt
  6. 4 piecesFresh pepper
  7. 2Knorr seasoning
  8. Handfuluziza leaves
  9. 1cooking spoon red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the yam in a pott,pour in 1 ^1/2 cup of water.

  2. 2

    Cut the onion,blend crayfish and pepper pour inside the yam.

  3. 3

    Pour in red oil,salt and knorr seasoning.cover and boil for 12minutes.stir with a spartula very well

  4. 4

    Rinse and slice the uziza and ugu vegetables pour inside the pot.

  5. 5

    Stir very well with a spartula and is done.

  6. 6

    Porriage yam is always easy to make
