Steps

Peel and cut the yam in a pott,pour in 1 ^1/2 cup of water.

Cut the onion,blend crayfish and pepper pour inside the yam.

Pour in red oil,salt and knorr seasoning.cover and boil for 12minutes.stir with a spartula very well

Rinse and slice the uziza and ugu vegetables pour inside the pot.

Stir very well with a spartula and is done.

Porriage yam is always easy to make
