Ingredients

  1. 1Large bag of medium shrimp, peeled and no tails
  2. 1 mediumSweet onion, diced
  3. 1 largeZucchini, diced
  4. 3green onions, chopped
  5. 6Baby portobella mushrooms, roughly chopped
  6. 1 tspdiced garlic
  7. 1 dashsalt
  8. 2 tbspSesame seeds
  9. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin for sauteing
  10. 1 canmini corns, drained and rinsed
  11. 1/2 canbean sprouts or 1/3 cup fresh bean sprouts
  12. 1 packagesSuper firm Tofu, cubed (bought mine cubed already)
  13. 1Bottle of Orange Sauce, any brand will do
  14. 3 tbspTeriyaki sauce
  15. 3 tbsplow sodium soy sauce
  16. 1 canwater chestnuts, drained and rinsed
  17. 1 packagesBroccoli slaw

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot, over medium-high heat, add olive oil and let heat. Then add your onion, garlic, zucchini, and mushrooms. Saute until tender-crisp.

  2. 2

    Add your broccoli slaw, Sesame seeds, soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and Tofu. Let the slaw become tender.

  3. 3

    When the ingredients are nice and soft; add shrimp. Be sure to mix the shrimp together so it can cook evenly! Let cook until almost all the way pink. Then add the Orange sauce!

  4. 4

    Let simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat! Serve with your choice of side! We had ours with rice!
