Steps

Dry Roast gram flour in a kadai or pan on slow flame about 10minutes keep stirring.

Add melted ghee and continue roasting the gram four.

The gram flour start to give a fragrance and will start releasing ghee switch off heat.

Add powdered sugar or boora. "For best taste use boora"

Stir well so that no lumps are formed. Add powdered cardamom stir well.

"You can also add chopped dry fruits at this stage"

Stir well let it cool down to room temperature make small or medium sized ladoos and store them in air tight container.
