Mushroom Methi Matar Malai

Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and onion fry till they are translucent and then add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.

Add chopped methi leaves and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, dry mango powder and add mushroom sliced and peas mix well.

Fry all this for 5-6 minutes and then add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2-4 minutes.

Then add cream and switch off.

"If u want to avoid using cream you can add 1 cup milk"

Serve with chapaties or naan.
