Steps

Take mashed potatoes, chopped vegetables, chutney and all masala mix well

Take besan add little water and make paste of it (neither too liquid nor too hard)

Take bread slice apply butter on it and spread the above mentioned mix of potatoes and vegetables

Dip the bread in besan paste only on the potatoes side
- 5
On the flame and put little butter on the pan and put the bread slice on the butter keeping the besan side down cover it for 2 minutes

Change the side and apply more butter on the pan
- 7
Cover it again and let the bread become golden brown
- 8
Put grated cheese on it and serve with sauce and chutney
