3 lbsGround Beef
1 can (13 oz)evaporated milk
2 Cups1 minute (Quick Oatmeal) uncooked
2large eggs
1 CupChopped Onion
1/4 tspGarlic Powder
2 tspChili Powder
2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
Sauce:
2 CupsKetchup
1 1/2 CupsLight Brown Sugar
2 tspLiquid Smoke
1 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
1/2 CupChopped Onion

Mix all Meatball ingredients together and shape with ice-cream scoop

Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over meatballs

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour

Note: Marinate meatballs in sauce overnight in refrigerator overnight to enhance flavor
