1/2 poundhotdogs
1/4 cupvegetable oil
2 1/2tablespoonful of honey
2 1/2tablespoonful of barbecue sauce, your favorite
1 1/2teaspoonful of yellow prepared mustard
1/3 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

Split hotdogs lengthwise but don't cut all the way thru. Open it like a book.

Heat oil and fry till brown and crispy.

Move to paper towels, to absorb excessive oil.

Drizzle honey, barbecue sauce, mustard on top

Sprinkle with cheese.
