Dry roast oats until golden.set aside

Heat a pan with oil add cumin,hing,ginger garlic paste and green chilli sauté for a min..

Add onion and fry until they turn slightly golden..

Sauté all veggies for 2-3mins.add tomato all species..

Cook until the tomatoes turn completely mushy and sauté for 5mins..

Add water and bring it to a boil..add oats and stir well..add coriander leaves..

Drizzle some ghee over the veg masala oats...serve with garlic chutney or raita
