  1. 1 kggoat meat
  2. 2 tbsuziza
  3. 1 tbsuda
  4. 10 leavesutashi leaf
  5. 2 handfulscent leaf
  6. 2 tbsblended fresh pepper
  7. 1knorr
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Blended craysh
  10. 1bonga fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your meat,

  2. 2

    Season the meat onions, salt pepper. Allow to boil till the meat is almost soft

  3. 3

    Put in all other spices then when it boils, add the utashi and uziza and taste it.

  4. 4

    If its up to taste you can turn off heat. Enjoy
