1/2 cupSour Cream
1/4 cupParmesan Cheese
1 tspParsley
1/4 tspRed Pepper Flakes
1 pinchof Salt
1 lbChicken Breast

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix sour cream, parsley, red pepper flakes, parm cheese.

Spread sour cream mixture over top of the chicken.

Pop in the oven for 20 minutes.
