    How to peel and slice Kiwi fruit?

    For perfect slices of kiwi.

    You will need:
    A knife
    A spoon
    A chopping board

    Hold the kiwi fruit firmly on the chopping board and cut off the ends.

    Insert a spoon between the skin and flesh of the kiwi (do this gently). Try to get the spoon as closely underneath the skin as possible, as this will make the fruit easier to remove.

    Rotate the spoon around the kiwi, beneath the skin. This will loosen the skin from the kiwi.

    Once all of the skin has been loosened, you should easily be able to slide the entire kiwi fruit out. Perfect kiwi slices are ready.
