Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 1big onion
  • 4-5tomatoes
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 1 tea spoonhing
  • 1 tea spoonjeera
  • Oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonpaneer masala
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 tea spoondhaniya powder
  • Beat sugar
  • 1small piece of grated ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer into pieces

  2. 2

    Make puree of tomatoes, onion, ginger, green chilli

  3. 3

    Take oil in kadai add jeera, hing and puree

  4. 4

    Add all masala and mix well

  5. 5

    Add paneer pieces and beat of water and cover for 5-10 minutes

  6. 6

    Garnish with green coriander leaves
