Steps

Take a Casrole put on it washed Tuar dal add warm water&soda rest for 1/2hrs

Grind the soaked tuar dal nt make very fine it just like crumbs (dardara)+no add water for grinding.

Mix all the ingredients except oil shape it.Put on fry pan(in oil)and shallow fry the tikkis.. serve hot with ur fav chutney or sauce....It's so crispy &tasty.must tryit
