This is easy to make yummy recipe for evening hugger.
Steps

Chopped all row ingredients, onion, potatoes, green chilli.

Now heat your pan in gas and add 2tbsp oil.

Now fry mungfully danas and after fry remove another plate.

Now add cumin seeds and fry 1 sec. Or add green chilli and also fry it

Add Onion and potatoes in pan and fry 2-3 min.

Another side chopped tomato

Now add salt and turmeric powder in onion and potatoes or mix well.

Add tomatoes and cook 2-3 min in low flame.

After cooked tomatoes add leftover boiled rice, fry mungfully danas and chopped green coriander leaves.

And mix well, fried in are ready for eat.

Serve boiled rice in plate.
