Ingredients

5 minutes
1 serving
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 tablespoonturmeric powder (use the root if you have)
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 1 cupwater
  • Honey to taste(as needed)

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate your ginger and squeeze juice of one lemon

  2. 2

    Pour one cup of water in a saucepan. Add the grated ginger, turmeric, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Sieve and it is ready for consumption. It can also be chilled.

  4. 4

    Add some honey to sweeten it... (optional).
