Ingredients

  1. 400 gchopped chicken breast
  2. 200 gchopped pork
  3. 1yellow pepper sliced
  4. 1green pepper sliced
  5. 2med onion sliced
  6. Handfulbutton mushrooms sliced
  7. 3green finger chilli finely chopped
  8. 4garlic cloves finely chopped
  9. 1large carrot diced
  10. 1chicken stock cube dissolved in 400ml of hot water
  11. 2 tbspsChinese 5 spice
  12. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  13. 3 tbspshot curry powder
  14. 1 tbspsugar
  15. 2 tbspeach of light and dark soy sauce
  16. 1 tbspginger powder
  17. 2 tbspsoil for frying
  18. Rice to serve with the curry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a large frying pan sauce chicken and pork cook for 3-4 mins

  2. 2

    Add chilli garlic and chopped veg stir fry for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients, then add the stock and stir well

  4. 4

    Cook for 30 mins on a low flame /heat until reduced to ur liken

  5. 5

    Cook rice as instructed on packet

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy the spice
