Ingredients

  • 50 gramChana dal
  • 1Carrot small size
  • 1Cucumber small size
  • 1Onion small size
  • 1Tomato small size
  • 1Green chilli (optional)
  • 1 pinch Red chilli powde
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoonChat masala
  • 2 table spoonLemon juice
  • 1 tablespoonRosted cumin powder
  • chopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chana dal with water for 6 to 7 hours.

  2. 2

    Remove water from dal, add carrot, cucumber, onion, tomato, green chilli, red chilli powder, chat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, salt and coriander leaf.

  3. 3

    Have it for Iftar. It's a good for health.
