Grill Roasted Garlic

This recipe is very basic. The result; however, is delicious and very useful. You can use the roasted garlic as a dip if you mince it and mix it with your favorite herbs; or you can also use it to marinate meat and vegetables for other recipes. We hope you enjoy it!

This recipe is very basic. The result; however, is delicious and very useful. You can use the roasted garlic as a dip if you mince it and mix it with your favorite herbs; or you can also use it to marinate meat and vegetables for other recipes. We hope you enjoy it!
Cooking Instructions

Make a clean cut at the top of the Garlic. About 1/2 an inch from the tip. Try to cut at least a little piece of every clove.

Add the Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper.

Wrap it with aluminium foil, make sure you close it at the top to keep all the juices in.

Place it on the grill between 5 and 10 min at high heat. If you want it more tender, go for 10.

Unwrap the foil. The Garlic Cloves should fall off by themselves with a little push on the sides. You can make this a paste and mix it with herbs for a dip. You can also save it to marinate meat. We will soon post a recipe unsing this one!
